Linyue K. Peng, MS, RD, CDCES
Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (32100630)
Registered Dietitian (DN006398)
Linyue founded Better Health Nutrition in 2022 with a mission to help clients build sustainable, healthy lifestyles that prevent chronic disease and enhance overall quality of life. She believes that nutrition should be both effective and enjoyable—where good food fuels the body and mind without feeling restrictive or overwhelming.
Prior to starting her private practice, Linyue spent six years as a clinical dietitian in both inpatient and outpatient settings. She worked at Main Line Health and Penn Medicine as a bariatric dietitian, where she specialized in medical and surgical weight management. Through this experience, she developed strong expertise in supporting individuals with obesity, diabetes, and other cardiometabolic conditions, translating complex medical nutrition therapy into practical, achievable steps.
Linyue takes a personalized and collaborative approach to care, meeting clients where they are and helping them build realistic habits that fit their lifestyle. She is passionate about empowering clients with the knowledge and confidence to make lasting changes, rather than relying on short-term solutions.
She is fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, allowing her to provide culturally inclusive care and connect with a diverse patient population.
