Our initial visit is a 60-minute visit including a comprehensive nutrition assessment to get a deeper understanding of your needs and goals. And a complimentary InBody body composition scan to tell what your body is made of.
STEP 3
MEET YOUR DIETITIAN TO ACHIEVE BETTER HEALTH!
Follow-up visits are 45-60 minutes. It allows our dietitians to continue working with you to overcome any barriers during this journey. All follow-up visits also include InBody scans to track your progression.
